Everything you've built now runs without you.
Session 4 · Full Autonomy
Describe what you want.
Tell your COS the outcome – the trigger, the inputs, the output. Let it build the command end-to-end. You don't spec the code, you spec the result.
Share the error. Say fix this.
Paste the error, paste the context, name what you were trying to do. Your COS will diagnose, patch, and test. No guessing required from you.
"Here's what I want this to do better."
Point at an existing command. Tell it what's missing, what's noisy, what should change. Let it refactor – then run the new version live.
You describe outcomes. It writes, tests, and deploys the system. The workflow is the same every time:
Voice it your list, it places the Instacart order, books the dry cleaner, and pings you when it's done.
Your Stripe and HubSpot data, synthesized into a weekly brief. Revenue, pipeline, what's slipping – one message.
Point it at a competitor, a person, or a topic. It watches the web and pings you only when something matters.
Outbound follow-up at scale. Your COS runs the calls, logs the outcomes, and queues the next action.
Proposals, SOWs, one-pagers – generated from a prompt, in your voice, formatted and ready to send.
Workouts, sleep, meals – logged by voice, surfaced as patterns. Your COS becomes your coach.
An inbound email gets triaged. A call comes in and gets handled. The brief lands on your phone before the next meeting. You don't touch any of it.
If all three fire clean – you're done. The system is yours.
The hard part is over. You know the loop now – describe, generate, test, deploy. Pick the next thing on your list and ship it.
The cohort doesn't end here. Drop into the calls, share what broke, share what worked. The group sharpens everyone's system.
If you know someone who needs this, send them in. Cohort 2 is filling now – earlier seats, deeper builds, more custom work.
Neither do you.
